Student Help and Referral Program
The Student Help and Referral Program is the Phillipsburg
School District’s student assistance program. At PHS, student assistance services are offered to students whose personal concerns may be affecting their performance at school. Our goal is to help students achieve academically and socially by promoting healthy coping skills, making positive choices, and avoiding substance abuse problems. Student Assistance Counselors, SOLAR counselors and School Based Youth Services Counselors provide confidential counseling and
help students and their families obtain additional services
in the community when needed.
