College Application Documents
Below is the information and documents needed to help you through the college application process. If you need copies printed, please stop into Guidance and see your counselor. When filling out the Student Questionnaire for Counselor Recommendation, make sure to share it with your counselor via Google Docs!
Transcript Request Forms
When you are ready to have your counselor submit your documentation, please complete the transcript request form below for your assigned counselor. You must complete one form for EACH college you are applying to!
