Key Club -- FREE Tutoring for 2025-2026....click below for flyer
The PHS Key Club will be offering FREE Tutoring for the 2025-2026 school year. Virtual tutoring will be held on Tuesday nights from 6:00-8:15pm via google meet, and in-person tutoring will be held on Wednesday nights from 6:00-8:00pm at the Phillipsburg Free Public Library.

To access your Parent Portal, all 2025-26 required forms will need to be completed once you log in.

Multilingual Learners (ML) Parent Portal Information
Before the start of each school year, the school district reaches out to the parents/guardians of students identified as multilingual learners (ML) with information regarding student placement in a specific program designed to support improved English proficiency or, to notify them that the student has exited program altogether based in part on the students’ performance on the ACCESS test. For your convenience, this information, including the ACCESS test results, is now available on Parent Portal and will not be mailed. If you need help accessing Parent Portal please contact the child’s school.

Summer EBT Information
Summer EBT is a federal program to help families buy food for their school-aged children during the summer. Families will receive $120 for each eligible child to buy groceries during the summer. Children who receive Summer EBT benefits can still participate in other summer meal programs. Receiving benefits will not affect children or families’ immigration status.
