Freshmen and New Transfer Students
The Phillipsburg Board of Education requires a physical examination for all ninth grade and transfer students. The exam must be dated within one year of entry into school and needs to be documented on the NJ State Annual Physical Exam Form. A current immunization record should be submitted with the physical exam. It is important to note that students entering ninth grade must have a Meningitis A and Tdap Vaccine Booster.
